Dr. Erin Kulick graduated from the Virginia Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in May 2010. She was an Associate Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the Howard Beach Animal Clinic in Queens, NY from 2010-2012. Since 2013, Dr. Kulick offered house calls and practiced at several hospitals throughout NYC and Long Island. In April 2014, Dr. Kulick joined Dr. Manning at Long Island City Veterinary Center in LIC, NY.
During the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, Dr. Kulick had the opportunity to volunteer with the New York City Veterinary Emergency Response Team (NYC VERT). This organization worked with assorted groups and organizations to provide mobile vet care, pet food, and emergency boarding to Hurricane Sandy victims. http://nycvert.com/
Dr. Kulick was also involved with intake and care of pets at the emergency boarding facility in Brooklyn after Hurricane Sandy: http://www.ny1.com/content/top_stories/175032/bed-stuy-shelter-for-animals-displaced-by-sandy-wants-to-reunite-pets-with-owners
In her free time, Dr. Kulick enjoys participating in any sport, but spends most of her time playing with an Ultimate Frisbee League in Brooklyn. Dr. Kulick is a fan of the arts in general and performs regularly with the Queer Urban Orchestra in Chelsea, NY. Her “down time” is spent with family, friends, and her annoying but endearing 15-year old rescue dog, Heifer.
